Arsh’s journey into property began as he left university and embarked on a career which initial began by taking on his Father’s small property portfolio.

This would later develop into an impressive multi-million pound business. Arsh has never been afraid to take risks or try something different. His early success in property began by taking a chance on people who were often stigmatised as ‘a landlord’s worst nightmare.’

This later developed into a business strategy that went from strength to strength and Arsh build on his success by exploring new avenues in property.

UPCOMING EVENTS

During his 20s, Arsh diligently worked on developing his property portfolio and learning to be the best that he could be. He certainly understood the value of the good days along with the bitterness of the bad. However, as with all successful entrepreneurs, Arsh had a strong belief in his ability to do well coupled with sheer determination.

Many of the success Arsh has enjoyed has been due to his systematic approach to property management along with his positive and up-beat outlook on life. He is a firm believer in having the right mindset and this is something he shares with the many mentees and property professionals he trains regularly.

Arsh has gone on to write an Amazon bestseller ‘Boom, Bust and Back Again’ about his time in property, sharing the difficult times he experienced and how he recovered from the property crash. He is a columnist for Your Property Network, where he answers readers’ questions about their property issues.


The past decade has seen Arsh expand into deal sourcing and trading. He has gone on to explore the arena of property education and can be found speaking at a number of property networking events about his time in the field.

The ‘Elite Property Tribe’ was founded by Arsh and has proven to high a highly effective way for mentees to work with Arsh and utilise his extensive property knowledge and experience. He throughly enjoys the process of nurturing inexperienced people on how to be effective at making money in property and how to do it well.

Outside of property, Arsh is a family man and enjoys long distance running and is a keen philanthropist.
